    New Trainees 2022

    We warmly welcome our new trainees!

    New faces also enrich PALUX AG this year. With the official start of training on Thursday, 01 September 2022, 9 trainees will begin their professional careers with us.

    We welcome the new trainees in the areas of industrial clerk, warehouse specialist, tool mechanic and construction mechanic.

    We now have a total of 24 apprentices.

    Thanks to the dual training system, the theoretical knowledge learned at vocational school can be put into practice directly in the company. This system enables our trainees, with the knowledge they have acquired in theory and practice, to successfully take their first big step towards a career. PALUX attaches great importance to the training of young professionals: since October 2016, we have been certified with the Dualis seal and are an excellent training company of the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

    We are pleased that so many apprenticeship positions could be filled again this year and wish our new colleagues all the best for their future at PALUX!

    To promote community and team spirit, a total of 24 PALUX Aktiengesellschaft trainees cooked together in the Praxisforum at the Bad Mergentheim headquarters.
