Do you offer a Design and Planning service?
We can plan your kitchen and provide working drawings, or work from drawings provided by your own Consultant/Kitchen Design House.
Should I choose modular or bespoke?
Many Chefs love the seamless look of the bespoke Maitre and X-Line, however, a modular design such as the Topline, Functionline, Bistroline or Twin-Go does allow for interchangeable appliances if required at a later date.
Can you arrange installation?
We are happy to arrange installation, or to liaise with your chosen contractor.
Do you offer training on the equipment?
We are able to arrange on-site training, video link training, or training in our Demo kitchen in Daventry.
Where can I see the equipment?
Once the project has been discussed, we are able to offer visits to similar installations in the UK, or in some cases, a factory visit to Palux in Germany. We also offer demonstrations in our Daventry working kitchen.
What warranty is provided?
All Palux equipment is supplied with 2 years parts and labour warranty.
How long does it take to produce the equipment?
Lead times are often in the region of 6 weeks, but this can vary according to seasonal peaks and time should be allowed for planning and consultation.
